I am a Regional Sales Manager at IPitomy communications where I cover the Mid-Atlantic United States introducing new dealers to the IPitomy Pure IP-PBX product. I am also in involved in product marketing, training and documentation. I have contributed to IPitomy's online technical training academy as well as building its online sales training academy. I have written and published numerous press releases, product brochures and articles related to the VoIP industry, and have filmed and edited testimonial and sales videos.
I enjoy learning new things and in 2013 I made a career change from being successful as leading technician in the telecom/wireless industry for over 20 years, to technical sales. My aim is to make my career in sales even more fruitful than my technical career. I believe in order to be successful, you have to continually grow by learning new things and then applying what you learn with great effort. In sales its all about providing value to others and seeking to help them be successful with your product or service.

Technical Experience (1990-2013)
I have extensive supervisory, maintenance, growth and repair in the wireless, electronics and telecommunications industry developed through both military and civilian responsibilities and training. As a senior wireless technician, I am competent in assisting the managing of entire cellular networks (LTE, CDMA) as well as troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing a variety of electronic, cellular and telecommunications equipment, including wireless, (Ericsson LTE RBS6000 series, Nortel EVDO, Lucent 4.0B), business telephone systems, (Comdial, Toshiba, Executone). Ran, tested and terminated Cat3/5/6 cable, co-ax, and 25 pair.
I am familiar with Lucent switch forms (UNIX) for integration with Lucent 4.0B as well as Ericsson OSS maintenance. I regularly utilized Anritsu and Sage equipment to perform coaxial line sweeps and PIM testing. Extensive use of Windows, and Mac OS and associated software including Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Pages,Word, as well as a vast amount of proprietary software used in maintaining cellular networks (RMT, RBS Element Manager, NetAnalyst, Artrak, DOEMS, VTAG, Remedy, ONS, OSS). I have used T-Bird, Anritsu and Sage equipment to test DS1 circuits and have worked to resolve T1 issues with Telco providers. As a senior I routinely trained new employees and prepared Power Point presentations for various procedures and training. I also attended safety meetings and filled in for management during departmental meetings.

• Managed Remedy trouble ticket and work orders
• Analyzed statistical call data for network performance verification
• Used Procomm for GUI network monitoring, TICLI MML commands for Base Station maintenance, NetAnalyst for T-1 troubleshooting via DACCS Titan 5500, and RMT local base station softwares.

• Worked various shifts, On Call 24X7, and travel as necessary to support the needs of MetroPCS
